Kansas Golf Vacations ? Wolf Creek Golf Course

I played at Wolf Creek Golf Links, Inc., based in Olathe, Kansas, a few weeks in a game in Kansas City Cup and I must say, it was a very nice golf course. We won the game that must be made ??much better could, but I thought that after my review of the course while it was still fresh in my head.

Wolf Creek If you do not know or had not heard you for a treat. First off, there is only a men's club. And that means, literally, no women allowed. The bartenders are men. Cart girls are men. Everyone is human. It is actually a kind of strange experience, but I think some people are looking for this type of environment.

That men only makes it a very exclusive golf course and is 100% private (except for events such as the KC-Cup, where we play because of the size). I do not know the exact dimensions needed to become a member, but the shape of the course, I'm sure are quite large.

TheOf course, even if located in Olathe, Kansas is very isolated. And "in the southern part of Olathe, in the middle of a group of fields. Insulation offers tranquility and a great golf experience.

Driving to the course is not as impressive experience might be unique in some other places. The clubhouse is modest or extravagant or extremely poor. There is a bar, a dressing room and a dining room, among other things (I have a post-round visionPoker table in the back of a room full of men playing in what I assume it was a friendly match). The course is fenced, but not emit the air a bit as unique as you say they are.

I think the reason the clubhouse and the facilities are so modest is twofold. Firstly, only there with the guys, want to be as extravagant? It is not cool enough just to say they belong to an all-male golf clubs? Secondly, the shape of the course ? waswonderful ? it seems that all their money back into the maintenance and upgrading of the golf course.

From the area was very nice. And "the grass, have created a lot of balls in the ball pockets on each field station (20 stations) and have a bunch of sacks full of tees for your indulgence. The area where you make the flag at various clubs in different yardages. He was in good shape.

If you ever play here, a few putts on the greenis a must. The greens are firm and fast and well laid out. They roll true, but a little getting used to, because they are faster than the medium green. For me, honestly, the day we played I thought the greens were only marginally faster. But I think it was because we played so early in the season. In the middle of summer, I could see what they are very fast.

In relation to the course itself, there are a lot of undulation and a lot of holes with little or no waves. There are twopar three, especially one on the front nine, one on the back, which I liked very well. The first was slightly downhill with the water guarding the front right side of the green (all long and missed the left ? go figure). The par three tee box sits on top before on what needs to at least 100 yards to the green. This is a great looking tee.

Overall I would give the event a 9 out of 10. The course was from tee to green, and I had a great time. The onlyThing holding back from a 10 was that the wow factor (although one of my opponents was a major league All-Star former pitcher ? that was cool ? and he was a decent player). It was a very nice track, but when I was finished I do not feel different, like a golfer ? is what gets a 10 from me.
